Searching for a Prompt

To find a specific prompt, use the search field by entering relevant keywords. This feature is especially helpful when managing a large volume of prompts, allowing you to quickly locate the ones you need.

Understanding the Prompt List

The prompt list displays key details for each entry:

  • ID: A unique identifier for the prompt.
  • Initial Requirement: The original request submitted by the user before it was transformed into an optimized prompt.
  • Refined Prompt: The final, enhanced version of the prompt generated based on the user's initial request, incorporating the success criteria identified and selected by the user.

Deleting Prompts

To remove one or more prompts, use the "Actions" dropdown menu. Remember, deletion is permanent, so take care when using this function.

Accessing Prompt Details

The Paradigm platform offers administrators detailed control over the generative AI prompts used across their organization. From the Prompt Workflow page, you can dive deeper into the specifics of each prompt by clicking on its ID.

When you click on a prompt's ID, you will be directed to a detailed information page that provides comprehensive insights into the selected prompt:

  • Prompt Template: The name of the prompt as defined by the user.
  • Initial Requirements: The original request submitted by the user.
  • Refined Prompt: The final, optimized version of the prompt generated based on the user's initial request, including the success criteria identified and selected by the user.
  • Prompt with Success Criteria: The prompt incorporating the specific success criteria selected by the user.
  • Prompt with Variables: The prompt including user-selected variables that define the context fields the user must fill in when using the prompt.
  • Model: The default Large Language Model (LLM) used to generate responses for the prompt.
  • Owner: The user who created the prompt.

Modifying Prompt Details

From this detailed view, you have the ability to modify all aspects of the prompt. After making your desired changes, ensure to click "Save" to apply the modifications.

Deleting a Prompt

If necessary, you can delete the prompt by clicking "Delete." Note that this action is irreversible, and the prompt will be permanently removed.
