How Users Can Share Feedback in Paradigm

User feedback is crucial for improving the performance and responsiveness of your assistant in Paradigm. There are two primary ways users can provide feedback: through the like/dislike buttons and by reporting bugs.

Note

Feedback data is stored exclusively on the infrastructure where Paradigm is deployed. If Paradigm is deployed on-premises or on a private cloud, only your company's Paradigm administrators will have access to this data.

Like/Dislike Feedback

When you are satisfied or dissatisfied with a response from your assistant, you can click the like or dislike button to provide feedback. This action helps administrators monitor user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, when providing feedback through the like/dislike buttons, users can specify additional details by selecting from predefined criteria. This helps in further refining the assistant's responses.

Reporting a Bug

To report a bug, click on the flag icon. This will open a modal window displaying the model's response, where you have two options:

  1. Flag the Response: You will be prompted to provide a comment and confirm the bug report. The bug will be sent to the email address specified in the chat settings.
  2. Download Detailed Report: You can download a detailed report in CSV format, which you can then share through any method of your choice.

By actively sharing feedback and reporting bugs, you help improve the assistant's performance, making it more aligned with your needs and expectations.
