Intro

Paradigm is designed to allow admins to translate and customize the entire interface content via the admin panel. This page allows the management of existing elements' customization/translation, creation of new elements, and the addition of new languages. These settings apply to all companies.

Initialize the interface with English and French languages

When you access Paradigm for the first time, if translations strings were not previously set up, you will see menu items like login.login or login.title

It's normal. Here it's how to initialize your Paradigm instance for the English and French languages.

  1. Access the Admin Panel: Go to Paradigm Admin and login with admin credentials.
  2. Go to Translation Strings: in the left bar, scroll and select Translation Strings under Translations.
  3. Import Translation Strings: on the top right, click on "Import", then select "Format" csv and import this file. Click on "Submit".

Adding new languages

The procedure is similar, you can also add new translations for each entry by clicking on "Add Translation String" just besides the Import/Export buttons.

  2. Edit the value
  3. Save your changes.

Bulk Editing or Adding Additional Languages

For bulk edits or adding new languages:

  1. Export existing strings using your preferred file format (e.g., XLSX, CSV).
  2. In your exported file, modify entries under the value column.
  3. To add another language:
    • Insert new rows with translations for each string.
    • Include the appropriate language key in the language column.
  4. Import your updated file back into Paradigm via the import button.

By following these steps, you can ensure that all users enjoy a clear and accurate localized experience with our software platform.
