How to create new feedback type

Feedback types: The Paradigm interface offers various types of feedback, including:

  1. Copied: The user copied the response.
  2. Regenerate: The user clicked to regenerate the response.
  3. Like: The user liked the response.
  4. Dislike: The user disliked the response.

In addition to these feedback types available from the Paradigm interface, it is possible to create custom feedback types via the API to collect specific business feedback (e.g., email open rate, SEO score, etc.).

When creating a feedback type, you need to define:

  • Feedback Name: The name of the feedback type.
  • Value Type: The type of value (e.g., numeric, text).
  • Start Value: The initial value.
  • End Value: The final value.
  • Single or Multiple Values: Specify whether only one value can be recorded per output or if multiple values can be recorded.

This section aggregates all the feedback collected during various interactions between a user and the model, whether through the Paradigm interface or the API.
