Managing and Interacting with Prompts in Paradigm

In Paradigm, the prompt list displays all the prompts created by your company's collaborators. This list is a powerful tool for managing and interacting with prompts across the organization.

Features of the Prompt List

• Search: You can search for a specific prompt by entering keywords contained in the prompt's name.
• Filter: The list can be filtered using various criteria such as prompt types, models, users, and more, to help you quickly find the prompts you need.
• Sort: The table can be sorted by clicking on the column headers, allowing you to organize the prompts based on different attributes.
• Create New Prompt: To create a new prompt, simply click the button in the upper right corner of the page.

Actions Available for Each Prompt

For each prompt in the list, you have three possible actions:

• View Prompt Details (Eye Icon): Click this to open the prompt's detail page, where you can view all the information related to the prompt, including its usage history.
• Archive Prompt: This option allows you to archive the prompt, making it no longer appear in the default list. However, you can always unarchive a prompt if needed.
• Use Prompt: This action takes you to a page where you can enter values into the context fields required by the prompt.

By effectively utilizing these features, you can manage prompts more efficiently, ensuring that your organization's generative AI tools are used optimally.
