Introduction

This space is reserved for super administrators who can modify business and/or technical settings. These changes impact all associated companies and users.

Config Key Values

This section of the admin panel (Settings > Config keys) lists all the key values that the interface offers, such as the maximum size of the document database and the default validity period of an API key. These settings apply to all companies.

default_api_key_duration

Each API key created through the Paradigm interface or by an admin can have an associated expiration date. When this date is reached, the API key expires and can no longer be used. The default validity period is set to 180 days.

IS_CHAT_READY

Default Value: Yes / No
This setting controls whether the chat tab is displayed in the Paradigm interface. The default value is "Yes," meaning the chat tab is visible by default.

max_docs_library_size

Default Value: 1000 documents
To effectively manage disk space and enable administrators to control this aspect, super administrators can define the maximum size of the document library. The default maximum size is set to 1000 documents.

max_document_size

Default Value: 15 MB
To optimize disk space usage and provide administrators with the ability to manage this, super administrators can set the maximum size for each document uploaded to the database. The default maximum size is 15 MB.

By understanding and utilizing these configuration key values, super administrators can tailor the Paradigm environment to better suit their organization's needs, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and settings.

support_url

The default Help Center URL is set to https://paradigm-academy.document360.io/.

As a Super Admin, you can customize the Help Center URL to tailor it to your company's specific needs and branding. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the admin settings and navigate to the "Config keys" section.
  2. Look for the "support_url" field and click on it.
  3. Enter your desired custom URL in the format "https://example.com".
  4. Click "Save" to update the URL.

The URL specified in the "Help Center URL" field applies to all associated companies. When the URL is changed, it updates across all companies' instances of the platform.
