Procedure for Pre-Deployment Checks and Deployment for Paradigm

Work in progress - Preflight and deployment.jpg

This section guides through the pre-deployment checks and deployment steps for the Paradigm application.

Step 1: Preflight Checks

  • Perform preflight checks to ensure your Kubernetes cluster meets the minimum requirements for deploying the Paradigm application.
  • Requirements include the appropriate version of Kubernetes, container runtime, suitable Kubernetes distribution, and a sufficient number of CPU cores.

Step 2: Deployment of the LLM Serving Application

  • On the dashboard, locate the LLM Serving application section to initiate deployment.
  • Before deployment, the application status is indicated as "Missing".
  • After clicking "Deploy", the application version 0.1.30 changes to "Ready" status, indicating a successful deployment.

Step 3: Accessing the Paradigm Application

  • Once the deployment is complete, access the application via the provided URL, which will be in the format https://paradigm-[applicationName].[domainName].com.
  • On the login page that appears, enter your credentials to access the Paradigm application.

Tips and Remarks

  • If you have configured to use the same node for all features, this value will be applied to all node fields in this section for quicker deployment.
  • After deployment, it is recommended to check the application's operation by logging in and confirming that all services are functioning as expected.

Saving and Applying Settings

  • Ensure all configurations are correctly established before starting the deployment.
  • Follow all on-screen instructions to finalize the deployment of the application.
Final Note

Preflight checks are essential for a smooth and error-free deployment. Ensure your cluster environment is compliant to avoid issues during and after the deployment of the Paradigm application.
