  4. Save the workspace.

Add a User:

  1. Click on the "+" button.
  2. Select the user of your choice to add them to the workspace.

How to Upload a Document to a Specific Workspace

To upload a document, you must have Doc Manager permissions and go to this page and follow these steps:

  1. Select the Workspace: Choose the workspace where you want to upload the document from the list.
  2. Upload the Document: In the document list, you can see which workspace the document is accessible to.

The document list is filtered based on the user's access rights.
